Company formations

The formation of companies, especially the limited companies (Ltd.) and the limited liability companies (LLC.), is one of our core competence. Our notary's office is available for the required notarization at short notice and also outside of normal office hours. We have many years of experience and expertise in the field of start-ups and support you with administrative work, granting domicile, the position of a board member or managing director resident in Switzerland and in other matters, such as obtaining residence permits and work permits.

Amendments to the articles of association / bylaws

We take care of all changes to the articles of association / bylaws for your companies, in particular capital increases, capital reductions, relocations of registered offices, mergers, relocations of registered offices abroad and liquidations of companies.

Inheritance contracts

Inheritance contracts are one of our core competence. We are also able to draw up your contract in English and / or another language. We evaluate your situation and represent your interests long-term.

Testaments / wills

With your will/testamentary disposition, you regulate the estate that you have built up and earned throughout your lifetime. Accordingly, you also have a responsibility to hand over your estate in an orderly manner. We are at your disposal for the preparation of your testament/ your will with our notary's office and our many years of experience and will advise you comprehensively. We help you with the handling of estates and are also available as executors.

Prenuptial agreements

A common misconception is that marriage is not a contract. It is important that the spouses know their rights and obligations. This creates clarity and can avoid disputes not only between spouses but also heirs. Prenuptial agreements shall be coordinated with your inheritance agreement and last will.

Notarizations / certification

Our notary's office certifies your signature, your hand sign, your documents for national and international use and acquires, if necessary, the apostilles or super-legalization. We can, of course, certify your signature on sworn statements or affidavits, or notarize these documents for you. These services are also provided in English or French.
